She's already weird looking, just like the rest of the faces in the game. Guerilla can't into faces or they modified them to look weird to hide the fact that 99% of them aren't facescanned and are just randomized in engine char gen faces so they don't look like complete shit when interacting with a scan character.
Like how everyone looks like a potato vs the main cast in Mass Effect for example.
