Borderless gives the nicest overall experience since you can switch in and out of game seamlessly, especially on multi monitor setups.
Exclusive fullscreen when you want to unlock your limiter and go all out since DWM fucks with input lag. This likely isn't a problem if you're running Linux or Win7.

In my experience fullscreen is always noticeably smoother mouse accuracy than borderless. Not to mention higher performance.
