This, I feel like i'm the only one who grew up with 1 and 2 that enjoyed Eternal and to a lesser extent 2016. It's impossible to match the legacy of the originals and their communities, but the nuDooms are still fun to play. Especially in comparison to the literal decades of slow crawly hyperrealistic "hide behind sandbags" shooters that followed it.
