I'm playing doom eternal at 120 fps on my $300 gaming PC.
The only game that I can think of that actually looks good and requires beefy hardware for above 30 fps is like red dead redemption 2 and i guess soon cyber punk but besides those two and only two games nothing requires expensive gear or even looks that great...
