>Have escapist form of media called videogames
>Still dont put nukes in them
What videogame lets me use nukes? Big nukes, little nukes, medium nukes. I want nukes.

Fallout 76 lets you spam launch ICBMs
Rise of Nations
Always the most satisfying way to end a match, just rush tech and bomb the fuck out of your enemy with nukes.
supreme commander
>escapist form of media
You're a fag
TW:W2 lets you nuke cities if you play as Skaven. You can also have mini-nukes in battle.
DEFCON, but its all abstractions on a world map
my grandpa told me recently that he was trained to use the recoiless rifle mounted to the back of jeeps in Germany.
Which subsequently had nuclear warheads on them called "Davie Crocketts"
This was his sort of "military confession" to me, but he was just a peacetime soldier in the early 60s.
I thought it was very cool. He pondered how they would use it, and he thought they'd just launch them into the Frankfurt Valley as they retreat westward.
Isn't defcon getting 2-3 remakes soon?
I've heard our country had access to one nuke during the cold war, to use if the russians were to make land on our east coast.
Battlestar Galactica Deadlock
didn't this game have a nuke limit? as in throw X nukes and it's game over for everyone
This
civ games have nukes
there's supreme ruler. It lets you build basically every mass destruction warhead ever designed and then some futuristic ones
Not thread related, but there's a campaign where you play as trump trying to unify the broken states of america. Nukes are optional but recomended
Empire Earth 2 had bombers dropping nukes but they were just regular units so it doesn't really have a special effect if I remember correctly
World In conflict
Civilization
Defcon and Civ come to mind.
Civilization III had the best nukes in the franchise, even the model looked scary
He is a huge faggot for not using nukes in real life, I agree.
Don't know but certianly hope so.
Starcraft
Me and my friends always had LAN parties with this game, and Joe would always pick Europe because Joe is a faggot.
fallout 76 if you play it on a free weekend or some shit is absolute hilarity because you can drop a nuke on some guy's base that he paid $15 in parts for and demolish it and get 8 eons of hatemail.
I haven't had the game installed since fucking january 2019 and I STILL get weekly hatemail from 6 people mad that I nuked their camps.
zero-k. nukes can be potentially game ending if you actually get them off in a critical spot. players make anti nuke buildings that automatically shoot down incoming nukes but its possible to disable or destroy them before your nuke will reach their range. Its pretty neat to shoot a nuke at a player then disable his anti nuke just before the nuke is in range so he blows up and you win
lmao
>zero-k
never heard of it but it looks pretty cool, on top of being free. Why haven't I heard of it before? what's the catch?
Civilization.
In Civ Vi there are two types of nukes but by the time you research the first one and then actually build it the game is almost over.
Using them will make every civ despise you if you use them on another civ, it was destroy a tile and it will be irradiated for 10 turns making it useless until the radiation is gone.
Thermonuclear can destroy two tiles and will irradiate for 20 turns, if you aim right you can take out multiple cities with these.
It has never been a match changer for me, I usually winning by the time I research them and then I just have all of my cities spam build them so I can conquer civs quicker.
Assault horizon gives you a plane with nukes
Awww yeah that was the entire reason I pirated that game so I could download a trainer and spam nukes
>What videogame lets me use nukes?
spore
CIV6 nukes are the fucking worst
Basically in order to get them in a time that's remotely useful you have to rush and max out Science as quickly as possible, at which point it's quicker, cheaper and easier to just then do the Science Victory
it does?
Assault Horizon is an abortion of an Ace Combat game and not even a generic action game worth playing.
falllout 76
this is the only reason i have to play it nowdays

Amazing game and man were those nukes memorable, particularly the one that kills the one guy in the story. What was his name? Bannon?
