So if I can pay a developer bribe money to exclude others from playing said game for 30 days, what stops me from being able to pay to have performance on other platforms drop or tank at random thus making my platform the preferred option to play said game on?

Why would they come out with GTA 6 when GTA 5 remastered for the new consoles is coming out?

I feel like at that point you'd just pay them to only release it on your platform at all. Making it a 30 day exclusive on ps5 doesn't affect rockstar's reputation but if GTA6 was to run like shit on other platforms it would.

There's no way that's real. It'd have to be, at the absolute bare fucking minimum, 3 months. If I'm a dingo-brained consumer and I've been collecting Xbox Games with Gold for years on end, needing to wait 30 days to score GTA VI for my Xbox isn't going to make me want to switch over.

Even if it was a one year exclusivity deal it would still be a massive waste of money. Unless GTA 6 is only ever gonna appear on PS5 than Sony has basically just pissed away nearly a billion dollars for nothing
