Where is the goddamn 4K/60fps source port?

Truly ahead of their time

exactly

3D graphics from 1993 that look like they're literally from 1983 is impressive?

Also re-compose all the music using general MIDI standards. Star Fox had some fantastic music but it's held back by the tinniness of the SNES sound chip.

where are the dolphin leaks?

Z-buffer problem on the eyes

True 3d graphics weren't invented until Mario 64. Everything before that was a kind of Doom style 2.5D where the z axis was kind of cheated and fudged.

Why are you talking about things you clearly know nothing about: youtube.com/watch?v=g6JC-HCNcio

he's still not wrong

True 3D graphics didn't exist until 3D holograms.

Everything else is just illusion of 3D on a flat screen.

God I hate you Nintendo-centric historical revisionists more than words can describe. Quake, Tomb Raider, Daytona USA, Virtua Racing, Cybersled, Winning Run, Wipeout, Resident Evil, and countless others predate Mario 64 and some even Star Fox.

Couldn't this have been the Fortuna boss?

I still describe DOOM as 3D, just a different way of going about it. The visuals appear 3D and the fact that tall objects can block your view brings the height element into gameplay as well.

You can't do that, that's too logical and reasonable.
You literally CANNOT say it's 3D graphics because it's not 3D on the code, it just looks 3D visually because of tricky illusions.
Just a little mildly interesting game fact I've learned on the internet and can't help but parrot it whenever the topic is mentioned.

That shit doesn't happen over night even with the source code

>this is what NintoddIers genuinely believe

Fun fact Sega had a hologram arcade machine that used laserdiscs. But no one cares because if it wasn't Nintendo it didn't exist.

before that they were 2D graphics giving the illusion of a 3D feel, they weren't actually 3D models or maps

The fact you associate Doom with the beginning of 3D video games just shows how little you know about the matter.

YOSHI KEEP RUNNING

This isn't 3D?
