Not intimidating, more like an enemy you realize is a waste of time to fight after hitting it 2 times. An intimidating enemy is one that can keep up with you even if you try to run like the Madlad

Agreed, they have soo many attacks depending on their variant, you have like 20+ parry timings to master.

What sucks the most is that the reward for beating them isn't even worth it.
I like bugs but I played Borderlands at like 6 in the morning after staying up all night and these fuckers activated my fight or flight responses every 2 seconds.
