Why is Tetris universally considered as the greatest video game since Deus Ex?

Why are video game universally considered as the greatest since Tetris?

Why are universality considering the greatest Tetris since Deus Ex?

i just cant get into this game, i hate stealth and im too dumb for the fucking tutorial

Why is greatest universally considered?

It secretly shows you the undergarment of the political scene, disguised as a video game.

You have a single fact to back that up?

How can you be too dumb for the tutorial?

I used to like it but the whole conspiricy thing is just uncomfortable now.

Just makes me think of angry young white men screaming about the world being flat, you know?

Why back it up? Let it spill over into the boards and threads. Let the zoomers pile up in the ban log.

i had little time to play so i just started the tutorial. doesnt lower the fact i couldnt do the stealth section 2 times

>filtered
You're horrible at videogames and you should feel horible.

>now
I know you are baiting but come on, conspiracy stuff was always uncomfortable and that's why it's fun.

Why does everyone worship its writing when it's no better than a Dan Brown novel?

The game won Pulitzer Prize in 2001.

The deliveries transcend the writing

>"OH MY GOD JC IT'S A BOMB"
>"A bomb"

No... not yet.

I'm really not sure what to say to you. You can skip the tutorial though.

Any mods to make it not control like ass? Sensitivity for mouse is retarded.

Probably because video game stories are usually pretty poor, so anything above average stands out

>play the first level
>enjoy the shit out of it
>”damn this game is truly great”
>never touch it again

Please continue playing

Nothing good ever happens in your life to trigger the motivation to play this gem. It's not my problem, user. Find happiness and shut the fuck up. Probably start by not coming on Zig Forums.

When I was a child I played it when it came out, and have played every installment in the series since then. That game taught me a lot about the world and it did so in a way that was fun and that I could understand.

At the time it seemed groundbreaking, I never played a game with that level of realism that was also just fucking cool as hell. It had complex mechanics compared to most popular games of that era, and an interesting plot. It was also challenging and memorable, which is something many games still struggle with achieving.

That's a lot of idiocy in one question.

Do Sex

I want to say it's because it's the game gave us the term "immersive sim" which, to a lot of people, represents the potential of video games as a medium, or because it had well-realised philosophical themes, but the truth is:

it's just really damn quotable

>Just makes me think of angry young white men screaming about the world being flat, you know?

lmao remember when Boomers spent 3 years thinking the President of the USA was a secret Russian agent

>Why is Deus Ex universally considered as the greatest game?

Let's see....

>Exceptional story told through NPCs, notes scattered throughout the world, zones and hacking
>Have multiple ways of beating a mission, not getting railroaded into the game with a meta choice
>Professional voice acting that makes you entertained or enhance your experience
>Beautiful music that adds to the theme, there is never a moment you want to listen to something else
>Gameplay that feels rewarding to learn and develop, the tutorial is one of the best ones I've ever seen
>Skill points can be spent on whatever you please with no negative consequence
>You can choose your own play style, either by ditching stealth and blowing shit up to stealthily eliminating the entire map
>Spot on setting and adding political/philosophical topics in the right way
