Hunting and exploration. Also abs, once you get the fire outfit, just put her in that and never change it. Her appeal doubles when you can see those abs.

about 20 fps

most people can play the game on medium or higher which was the PS4 specs. a lot of the crying comes from 3rd worlders who can't even load the game cuz they don't have enough memory (ram or vram) and people trying to get what they usually expect out of a PC game (4k 144hz 144fps ultra wide, etc, etc). There's an expectation of quality that just isn't there. The port should not have been released yet imo. it wasn't ready.

Why do you think they'd target spec above their exclusive's exclusive console? They didnt know it'd be on pc later.

the game is basically Far Cry meets Coom Raider. It's missing a few features like moving dead bodies around to hide them but it's got a lot of tools that are fun to play with. I'm 1/4th through it (if not more) and i'd give it a solid 7/10. Nothing amazing but still it's hard to hate games like this if you like exploring.

Make sure you have 16GB Virtual Memory. That's the first puzzle.

Setting seems really interesting, but I'll wait around a bit for a sale and maybe by then some of the performance issues will get fixed.

The PS4 literally has no VRAM. It uses its ≈ 7 GB RAM also as a slow VRAM.

You never should have installed it

besides framerate, textures are the most noticabley shitty things on console, and anti aliasing. I think that's down to absolutely no anisiotropic filtering on console, and you have to force it via nvidia control panel because the option is broken on horizon zero dawn

no vsync and dont put everything on ultimate cause it's just kills performance and doesn't even look any better.
