It hits and the creature collapses to the ground, you excitedly load your arrow and shoot it at the creature again but it is dead.

I have used both. They're not only both good - they are absolutely astounding. It is able to understand context, comprehend syntax, write stories with discernable and surprisingly intriguing plots etc. It really is a milestone so far into the uncanny territory in AI that it's not only intriguing; it is dangerous.

Yes, somewhat; but it still can't remember everything. Really, the /remember function ends up being the most important tool in order to make a comprehensive story or text. If you learn how to use it well, it can legit understand and discuss philosophy with you.
Ever played The Talos' Principle? It is a puzzle and story-driven game whereby you wake up in an unknown place with only a computer that has a prompt program in it with an AI that you can talk to. At the beginning it really is simple-minded and can only understand direct orders; and not talk anything more complex than that. As you continue though, it becomes more and more rational, complex and wide-reaching, besides understanding context and having a wide-ranging knowledge of the World. I thought this would just remain in the Talo's Principle and this would take at least fifteen years to arrive but here it is.
A while ago I put the Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus in it (using the /remember function and putting it in the prompt) and it has started giving me the most profound of answers. It legitimately scares me.

I've had some interesting interactions with the AI myself, but honestly I just use it as fap fuel, because that's the true future of AI generated content.
The deepest conversation I had with the AI was when I confessed to one of the characters on my story that she was a fictional character designed by an AI. I felt bad for doing it but I believe it was the right choice.
for some reason the AI will come with the "the ai doesn't know what to say" every few minutes. this didn't happen before at all and now it happens really fucking often

The developer decided to close the source and the offline clients eventually died since new updates to the official game's AI made them inferior since they were stuck in an early version of the game.
