While Halo has always been linear, Halo 2 was even more linear than any other game in the original trilogy, which is really jarring after you've completed Halo CE.

H3 was liked because of custom games and such, dunno how the fuck later halo titles dropped the ball there since it was such a massive edge halo had over cod shit

CE's linearity was actually fun because you could juggle all kinds of weapons and the AI would react differently.

I wish I could play through this on my old 360 without the glitches. In almost every level there are "ghost" images superimposed on the screen that range from mild to completely obscuring. If there's a fix then I haven't found it.
