The most glaring baffling fucking blunder was the character creation and skill-tree customization. They fucked it all up. NOBODY with half a fucking brain would have complained about the absence of a voiced main character if it meant more dialogue choices and ACTUAL FREEDOM OF CHOICE.

If you're talking about real life then all you need is Charisma and Luck baby, that's what Chad puts all his points on.

But if you mean the best point allocation for fallout 4 then dump your shit into intelligence. Theres no level cap, and higher intelligence means more level ups so an intelligence build will inevitably turn out stronger than any other build.
