I really wish they would leave Chris be. He's my favorite character in the series, but at this point they're just running his character arc in circles. He had a great sendoff in RE6 and they should have left his as a camo for RE7. Not only is he the only character to star in a game twice in a row, he's on his fucking 4th.

None of these characters should have a good ending. This series should have ended after RE 3 the story they created now is never ending. There will always be a new bad guy or BOW they have to fight. Not every RE character should die but Chris should 100% and he too is my favorite character . His death now would be stupid he already wasted his hero moments dying while getting inbetween some schmucks mess from the deep south would be stupid but they will probably do it
