Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he could change his build like he could change his class by the end of the game.

Mostly because the idea of Butthole changing his clothes and powers every few minutes would be funny to see

Yeah, we'll see. HR was great and MD was good, but it felt like it was lacking that classic Deus Ex vibe in the story. The gameplay was good, but something about the game just wasn't there.

I honestly loved MD, the only problems were the length (too short), unsatisfying ending and occasional performance issues also that cliffhanger concerning the new experimental augs found in his system which is never explained.

I agree. I think it was going somewhere good, I bet if it followed more into those experimental augs it would have led into the classic grand conspiracy shit that the series is known for. Seems like they had to cut a bunch of shit out and/or wrap up early for whatever reason.
