Fucked up circadian rhythm

years of gaming fucked up my sleep cycle i usually feel asleep around 4 to 6 am and wake up late.

how do i fix it?

this was basically me the first year after i graduated high school. never leaving bed turned out to be a great weight loss regime tho.

You guys aren't actually still sleeping 8 hours per night, right? I've fully converted into the Uberchad sleep schedule to maximize my time with gaming, working out and having sex with my hot girlfriend.

he is not wrong in some way, there is sleep cycle and "sleep cycle", OP pic is the perfect exemple, you are not supposed to go sleep at 9pm immediately, you can still do it later and you are not forced to wake up at 6am either, most important is going to sleep before 11pm/midnight and waking up with 8 to 10 hours of sleep and not what Mr.Schlodenberg tells you so you can be a perfect little wagie

I sleep 10 to 11 hours a day.
I usually wake up after the normal 7-8 hours, decide that whatever i was just dreaming about easily beats reality and go back to sleeping for few more hours untill my body straight up refuses to sleep any longer. Anyone can relate?

Stay up longer and longer until you go to bed at 10 am, then 4 pm, and finally 8 pm again. Do this every 2 months or so.

Took 30 days of leave, spent probably over a third of it asleep, and lost a total of 10 pounds from skipping 2 meals in place of sleep. It works.

lol I beat lawschool like this. I've had exams after 2 hours of sleep. Some people pull all-nighters, quit being a bitch.

does anyone else have problems staying up late if they wake up at night but no problems if they wake up in the morning? basically if I wake up at 6 am, I can stay up till 6 am no problem. but if I wake up at 6 pm I get really tired by 5-6 am. a 12 hour difference.
