Why does Kevin in the game make such a big deal about you going after Armstrong saying the fallout from such a thing will be crazy? Raiden has already killed 2 US presidents, one of which was in office at the time of his death, and he's doing fine so far.

Armstrong is among top 10 best final boss fights of all time. It is the perfect unison of story, gameplay, and soundtrack.
If not for the various retries I had to use, I'd feel as if I was truly Raiden fighting the enraged senator in that crater.

Has anyone here actually tried to get the "take no damage beating him on revengeance" achievement? I can beat him on revengeance but this is fight along with monsoon's trip me up on no damage.

It was the perfect final boss fight. Unexpected but made 100% sense at the same time. No wonder video games as a media from started regressing after this, there was no where to go after S. Armstrong because it was the peak.
