They're planning on cross platform play, new content for halo 3 (weapon skins, new weapons, etc), fixing hit reg problems on halo 3, etc. 343 is actually doing good work with the MCC. I'm pleasantly surprised.

I was so hyped before Reach released. I smashed out the campaign on legendary with a friend over 2 days.
Then I tried to play multiplayer, and it was just DMRs everywhere. I couldn't use vehicles, I couldn't use close range weapons,just a big fucking DMR shitfest. After 2 days I couldn't even play anymore, and it killed most of the excitement that I had for the release of the others until 3 came out.
