Does anyone else wish this game wasn't so item reliant? I get that having a lot of items and making the guys explode is pretty funny. But it all just feels the same now. And rarely do I feel like I lost because of skill, it's just "I didn't get good items so instead of everything melting it takes three minutes to kill anything"

this is my go to for artifact hunting and beating mithrix
MUL-T, double rebar (press and hold R to spam through early levels)
Gesture of drowned, as many fuel cells as possible, 10 lensmakers glasses. Grab some tougher times and a harvsters scythe for survivability.
Royal capacitor in BOTH equipment slots.
Press an hold R, look at the enemy, and win.
I also recommend a few hopoo feathers so you can jump on the pillars that mithrix spawns.

How the fuck do I do Piercing Wind for Huntress? I can't think of a good way to do it solo. I always get fucking clayfaggots every time too for the boss. Doing it on an initial run doesn't seem feasible because I just can't get enough good items or enough items to smoke everything. I tried waiting for the loop while stacking topaz w/ command but it still wasn't enough. Kind of hard to take no damage in a game designed around fucking hitscan.
