If I wanted to revive Bloody Roar what I would do is make a crossover with Street Fighter. I'm sure the novelty of seeing Street Fighter characters receive their animal mutated forms would interest people and sell merchandise which Capcom loves. This would help Bloody Roar get some time in the spotlight which can help future individual sequels.
I would also include guest characters like Felicia from Darkstalkers and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
