Yeah I did. That was a really neat twist

Who wouldn't?

no, I played ss2 and instantly knew it was going to be another shodan-polito type bullshit

no, i knew something was off

There's no reason not to trust him, he's the only game in town.
Though it is fucked up he wants you to murder the little sister.

He sounded like a Dub, so not for a second no.

Yeah, I did. Didn't believe that it was vital to kill the little sisters, but he seemed like a decent guy stuck in a shitty place otherwise.

No. I already knew he was a traitor because I was spoiled long before I played the game, sadly...

Here's his model from Smuggler's Hideout. Really him or some splicer?

Atlas was such a great character. It really is a shame that Fontaine ends up being kinda dull.

This. Fuck Levine.

He's never meant to be seen up close there, so it's likely just a reused asset so they wouldn't have to make a unique model just for him.

There was no recourse for not trusting him, either way you were forced to 'do what he says' because he tells you to do something that you have to do to progress in a linear game

Anybody who claims they guessed that plot twist is full of shit.

If Bioshock ended immediately after the plot twist, it might be remembered as a good game. Boy they went full retard with the ending, though.

No, I don’t trust fenians.

Favorite plasmid? Pic related here.

nobody trusted this guy either. and the better twist is he turns out to be a total bro.

No but at the same time the game was kinda linear so what other choice did I have?

IIRC Karl Hanover isn't from Dublin even though he's Irish, but he intentionally put on the most exaggerated Dublin accent possible.

Forgot about this dude. And most of 2 in general. Might give the remaster a try if only for the gameplay.

>reused asset so they wouldn't have to make a unique model just for him
How can a bunch of devs be so lazy?

they always have been

The plot twist was honestly pretty pretentious.

Saves a lot of time on something that's not gonna be seen for more than 30 seconds. I think the textures are swapped just enough for him to look unique from behind, at any rate.

Not nearly as bad as Infinite

security command. being king of the robots was great fun.

What the fuck was the plot twist in Infinity again? I don't remember anything about that game.

>Trusting an Irishman

>pretentious.
I don't think you know what that word means. Pretentious means the art has less meaning than being presented. Its meaning is pretty straight forward.

one of the most underwhelming final boss fights of all time

you were comstock the whole time
dude infinite worlds lmao

I trusted him until he encouraged me to murder the little sisters for my own """Self gain""". I knew something was off at that very moment. Why would a spliced up person encourage me to get as strong as I could? It gave itself away.

You are comstock

Officially he’s supposed to look like how he does in Burial at Sea Episode 2. The devs said they didn’t have enough money to make another new model.

Muh lighthouse
Muh city
Muh man
Muh parallel universes
Muh time travel
Muh kill MC

Massive crock of shite. And then killed the franchise whoops.

>grow up in the US
>Irish cops are a stereotype for a reason
>immediately trust him
Lesson was learned the hard way.

Elizabeth is your daughter

See

Eh. He's got a good introduction but he gives it away way too fast.

I didn't expect him to be Fontaine but that felt a little cheap.

>dublin accent, i.e. the kind of person who would throw you under the bus for a euro
no chance

Absolute fool. Mick cops are/were corrupt af

How can you tell an Irishman is lying? His lips are moving.

It IS remembered as a good game. Your singular incel ass being contrarian about it won’t change a damn thing.

This.
The only cure for the Pale Nigger is one bullet to the brain and another two into his wife's stomach.

>just starts slamming the bells
Kino. How i got through it too.

Sinclair was criminally underrated

Wtf, Irish were the first Millenials?

>tfw i was super happy to finally see a good irish character in a game
>tfw i fell hook, line and sinker for it

Attached: 1597343043574.jpg (464x317, 17.18K)

>tfw you will never manufacture infernal machines with the boyos

>Irish accent
>Early recordings talking about some lunatic Irishman
HMMMMM
ultimately it didn't really matter, it could've been a red herring, I just didn't get into the game or its storyline
I suppose the game had all the potential to surprise me because I was lulled into a sense of predictability from the beginning, but it never capitalized

Attached: uwot.jpg (437x546, 61.86K)

>landlord killing industry
wtf i love the irish now?!

>he trusted the eternal hibernian

I knew Fontaine was the final boss before playing the game, so it wasn't hard to connect the dots. From the moment the game starts he tells you to go kill Ryan

I am the eternal hibernian
