his is very safe. he plays by patreons rules heavily, patreon has a very, very strict set of rules that will result in them banning you if your game contains any content they dont like, this includes something as mild as say... a game about fucking your step mom or something like that. its not actual incest, but it will still get you banned. so will anything that can even remotely imply rape, including hypnosis, mindbreak in a lot of situations, any form of manipulation like some weird fantastical "pheromone" that makes everyone around you get horny. it is very, very easy to get banned from patreon, but a lot of devs that are on there put content on anyway, its just patreon wont notice until the wrong person comes by and reports you.
a great example is roundscape, roundscape has more than a few things that should get it banned and falls on the more extreme side, its just no one has heavily reported it yet.
