I remember in Rune Factory 4 you could set up a little stall to sell your items to villagers. That's only a small part of the game and it has no depth to it whatsoever but it's the only other game I could think of that does this.

Moonlighter is literally Recettear but western (and worse for it). No charm, no charisma, but it does expand on a few of the shopkeeping concepts laid out in Recettear.
