When people here argue that a developer has gone to shit, I thought that it would be nice to be able to visualise their decline.
Here is Nintendo EAD. They're pretty consistent.

It uses IGDB for the data. It's a fraction of the numbers of scores that Metacritic has, but it's much more open.

IGDB allows anyone to edit game pages. If you click on "more info" below the graph it has links to each game's IGDB page. There you can correct information or leave your score.
This graph prioritises user scores above critics. It only uses the critic data if the user score is blank. It creates some weird results but will hopefully get better over time.

That should be doable, from memory there's some kind of field that denotes if a game is DLC/expansion/whatever.
If anyone has any other suggestions or issues you can let me know here or, in the future, post an issue on the code page gitgud.io

Automata was always wildly appreciated other than in sales from what I've seen. Definitely not the worst game Platinum have made considering

I love the game so I obviously agree, but every time the game is mentioned, you'll immediately see an ocean of "overrated pretentious crap", "every other platinum game is better than this", "worse combat platinum ever made" and so on.

Just remember that when it came out and was actually being played the vast majority were pretty happy and that the vocal minority that actually creates threads is tiny compared to those who simply watch

considering it's technically not a triple A game and that its sales were way more than expected and literally saved platinum from bankruptcy, i'd say it was widly appreciated in sales too
