In Risk of Bleed 2 Glasses are way weaker than any of the 4 items above. Bleed cannot crit and it will be your main source of damage, getting 1-2 daggers is amazind dps up.
Stacking 9 glasses takes too long and only benefit you if you have bleed boss item. Stack 7 (or 12 for captain) daggers first, then go for glasses. Thats why its A tier.

The final boss can use Dio himself. If you're getting killed by anything before his final phase you've fucked up.

Gesture of the drowned is nice with fuel cells (combos well with either spinel tonic, royal capacitor or even foreign fruit if you want the heal), focused convergence is nice later on in the game when nothing really poses a threat, stacking purities turns Merc into an invincible superman (need alien head or something to make it truly gaplessly safe), and mercurial rachis can be a nice boost to your damage if you can afford to stay inside its radius.

Sometimes situationally I might pick visions of heresy on characters like Acrid.

Grab two to three items on stage one and just start rushing teleporter no matter how many items you have every time.

Everyone parrots the thing with "3 minutes, 3 levels, 3 items" but i honestly think exploring a bit more is okay sometimes. After all this game is rng-based, so maybe you'll find a red that you would have otherwise missed if you spend an extra minute on the level.

I usually play with metamorph artifact but for eclipse I used captain, commando or loader mainly.

I see why you confused, my main point is that you need to stack scythe as much as possible while for glasses you need only 9.
