Easy, don't release it on iPhone then.

B-b-b-but what did i do? So mean...

It should be 50% actually.

>30%
30% of what?

>30% is ridiculous

I agree.

Still voting Trump.

30% of chinks shill online.

What does trump have to do with this

30% is pretty shitty, and so is not allowing other ways to get apps outside of their app store, but what epic did was fucking retarded too, ofc they were gonna get kicked out

>fuck monopolies
I agree, when is the us going to enforce the existing anti-monopoly laws?

never ever as long as the powers that be benifit from it

it does

Go ask Xi Jinping for a raise then, Tim, you fucking moron

Easy.
>Trump

Trump lowers e-commerce taxes -> Apple will require a lower cut

t. underage retard mad that fornite got removed from apple store
i wonder how hard you will seethe once tim loses the case and fortnite dies

If it did that google, apple, and microshit would have gone the way of AT&T back in 1984.

Well, you can make your own phone with its own ecosystem and sell your game there. Nobody is stopping you. And you know better than anyone that you can do it, you just made a digital store and managed to take down Steam without even sweating.

Fuck China that's what.

>MUHNOPOLY
fuck off. It's Apple's platform, they decided what they wanted to do. You can always buy an android if you want a less restrictive store, or you can install one of the linux-mobile OS's. Apple does not have a monopoly in the smartphone market, they only have a monopoly ON THEIR OWN PLATFORM which they can choose to do as they please. This is like bitching and moaning that Nintendo needs to let Sony or MS set up an alternative e-shop on the switch, it isn't going to fucking happen.

How much do dev/publishers lose when releasing game in stores?

>Google
what do they have a monopoly over? There are alternatives to Google and Android.
>apple
what do they have a monopoly over? There are alternatives to iPhones and Mac and OSX.
>microshit
What do they have a monopoly over? There are alternatives to Windows and Xbox.

do you fags even know what a fucking monopoly is?

>durr
Google Play on Android did the same thing
Fuck monopolies and fuck you

Not possible when there are so many legal loopholes, as well as the US economically benefitting from monopolies.

Disney should've lost copyright on some characters many, many years ago, but then Disney would also lose a big part of their identity, and also lose sole ownership over a popular and influential marketing tool.
Losing this ownership means Disney would lose income and have less opportunity.
You can argue smaller businesses would make up for this income loss at Disney, but that's simply not true. They simply wouldn't have the same oppourtunities to make as exciting this as the megacorporation Disney, so they'd in reality just cause income loss for USA's GDP.

They lock out any competing smaller businesses that might want into the market. Sure they're still technically competing with each other, but in a battle of the giants the rest of us are out in the cold.

Who do we care about gdp when it's concentrated in the hands of the 1%? Your average joe shmoe doesn't benefit from any of that.

genuine question, not trying to bait, but how exactly are they locking out competitors? is it really google's or apple's fault that something like the linux phone never took off? at what point are their practices malignant instead of just offering the best thus being on top?

why*

meant ubuntu phone, obviously just offering an example

Because it would be the government benefitting from high income corporations, not your average joe
The government is who would have to enforce antimonopoly laws, but when they benefit from said monopolies - then why the hell would they?

>They lock out any competing smaller businesses that might want into the market. Sure they're still technically competing with each other, but in a battle of the giants the rest of us are out in the cold.
No, they don't, actually. If I made an excellent and user-friendly alternative to Windows and got investors to buy in and marketed it very well it could have a chance at taking a chunk of MS's market share. It turns out the truth is that people aren't as good as the giants are and they're also afraid of the drawbacks to failing. Sony/MS/Nintendo are the three big console manufacturers, the others who tried to combat them like Steam Machine, Ouya, and now this retarded Atari console all failed because they made bad or overpriced products, simple as

Apple is based protecting our rights and privacy
Epic games is cringe chinese botnet
Posted from my iPhone 6

I know comcast likes to file arbitrary lawsuits against smaller competitors in order to push them into bankruptcy from lawyer costs knowing that even if they don't have a case they can still out pay the other guys. It's like if you show up at a poker game and 3 guys have 90% of the chips and they just out raise you so you have to go all in just to see the flop.

You clearly dont have a clue of what a MONOpoly is...

really? had no idea, that's ass, yea i can see your point, thanks for the clarification user

>fuck monopolies
kinda ironic how the people who said this were the same people who bought up game studios and forced them to be released on their platform for the first year, making fans of those games either wait or go to their platform.

Companies like comcast which are entirely dependent on utilities are actually one of the few monopolies to exist. MS, Apple, and Epic are objectively not monopolies.

Apple is not a monopoly nor is it even close. You are an absolute moron.
I can't even think of a single instance in American history where antitrust law actually prosecuted a real monopoly or that said prosecution benefited consumers (ie the majority of people in a country).
Antitrust laws are used by loser companies to gain an unfair competitive advantage against companies that are simply better than they are.

>30% is ridiculous
not really

>Joe Biden's 2020 proposals
Public option for healthcare with expanded coverage
Free tuition to public colleges and universities for families making under 125k a year
Expanded unemployment insurance for struggling businesses and laid off workers, government continues funding portion of wages and benefits
Taxing the top 1% to pay for this
>Trump's 2020 proposals
End the payroll tax, which will kill social security
End the USPS

Why would anyone want to vote for Trump, again? He literally has no ideas.

>End the payroll tax, which will kill social security
>End the USPS
socialism for the rich and corporations, rugged capitalism for the poor. Pull yourself up by your bootstraps, sonny.

it's a game right?

How the fuck is social security socialism for the rich? Your employer literally pays for half of it

people are stuck in this loop of taking a side no matter what because each side keeps pushing, plenty of shit trump does and says the average trump voter would dislike but they've already picked a side and it's ride or die, same with joe biden and his clusterfuck of a campaign, so one side pushes, then the other one goes a bit further, and on and on, endless cycle, i personally just can't wait for the bubble to burst from a safe distance and hope my country learns from america's dumbass mistakes (which it won't)

Epic isn't, but I'd argue that MS and Apple together are a monopoly for anyone else who wants into the OS business. They have the lions share of corporate contracts.

>Free tuition to public colleges and universities for families making under 125k a year
Wtf that’s like 75% of Americans.

>implying pension is still a thing

>They have the lions share of corporate contracts
So then make an OS that is so good that it makes HP/Dell etc. get out of their MS contracts? Maybe make a specialized OS for enthusiasts/gamers that runs games more efficiently than Windows does?

Basically, yeah

>Make public colleges and universities tuition-free for all families with incomes below $125,000. Biden has long said that when it comes to public education in America, we’re starting too late and ending too soon — and that if we were building the public education system in America today it would extend from pre-k, starting with 3 and 4 year olds through ensuring 16 years of education is affordable. Biden has added to his education beyond high school agenda by adopting Senator Sanders’ proposal to make public colleges and universities tuition-free for all students whose family incomes are below $125,000. This proposal, part of Senator Sanders and Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal’s College for All Act of 2017, will help roughly 8 out of every 10 families.

i'm just gonna leave this here

Attached: fucking idiots.png (720x686, 195.34K)

Social security is a ponzi scheme and the one of the largest companies in the world (Amazon) is getting preferential lower prices from them which Trump has actual railed against.
Biden's policies are third world retard policies for idiots who can't do math or look at demographic trends in rich countries.
Trump's policies are just like....not as bad, kek. You'd have to be mentally ill to vote for a Democrat at this point.
