Teraflops measurements don't tell the whole story. A GPU with more CUs and lower clock is better than a GPU with less CUs and higher clocks at the same TF measurement. We're looking at a scenario where SeX GPU can be everything from 20% to 50% better than the PS5 GPU. Because on top of more CUs, SeX also uses custom RDNA2 whereas PS5 is custom RDNA1.

Also, on top of a decisive GPU advantage, SeX also has an advantage in faster VRAM dedicated to textures and a higher clocked CPU with SMP. We still don't know at what clocks the PS5 CPU actually runs at when the GPU is running at intended 10.2TF.
So we're looking at a scenario where the power gap this gen is most likely way bigger than the one from last gen. Because this time one console also has a decisive CPU advantage on top of a GPU advantage. Not to mention DirectX/RDNA2 features such as VRS, DirectML and MS's weird as fuck data compression methods (Velocity Architecture)

My point is that a straight up spec sheet is misleading to PS5''s favor. If you actually know how these consoles are designed and with what architecture, you can immediately tell that Series X has a decisive spec advantage. One that will make the Xbone/PS4 gap seem minor in comparison.

Neither, but the last gen Xbox was extremely weak, exclusives wise thanks to ms also shilling the windows store by having everything come out on it as wellwell and they have said they have no intention of altering that plan his upcoming generation.
So if you absolutely have to go full retard and buy a console at launch, the numbers favor the PS5 having more exclusives despite also having inferior hardware and probably still sounding like a jet attempting to break the sound barrier.

Sony exclusives are very high budget and they really need to make money with sales, god of war, TLOU2, GoT probably cost 200m each, they can't just give these games away on release date.
Microsoft games are either copy and paste from previous iterations (Forza), microtransaction based multiplayer (Gears, Halo) or small A/AA games (Grounded, State of Decay) so they can just give them away.
