Been playing this series since 2001, and I've had more fun playing this games multiplayer than any of the other ones.
Oh, and 3 is my least favorite.

The multiplayer in 5 is surprisingly good. Not the best if you want a classic Halo experience, but good on its own.

The campaign, while forgettable and with bland story, at least had some cool ideas with the squad. Came close to scratching that Republic Commando itch.

I liked Super Paper Mario, Paper Mario was always more about personality than gameplay, which is why no matter how many times they shake up the gameplay so long as they refuse to infuse more personality the games will always suffer.

Republic Commando is a good comparison, but yeah, it doesn't do it nearly as good as a game that came out ten years earlier.

Halo 3 multiplayer is frustrating, making the BR projectile was a horrible idea

H3 is the worst halo mechanically.

the only thing 3 has on others is tons of custom game modes
the actual vanilla mp is trash

3 was the least enjoyable game for me, maybe it was the atrocious FOV or the weird aiming acceleration.

Halo 5 doesn't feel like other Halo games, but it doesn't feel like CoD either. You can talk shit about 4 that way instead.

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is better than Final Fantasy Tactics.

more advanced tactics are usually better so yeah...

Dark Souls 3 is best of NuSouls (DaS2, DaS3, BB and Sekiro) but still worse than Demon's Souls and original Dark Souls.

The game would have been slightly better if they completely scrapped the squad. Nothing about it was fun.
