There is a significant power difference. It’s gonna be like ps4 vs xbone or ps3 vs 360 for multiplats. Again, not a deal breaker, but the xbox versions will definitely be better next gen.

True, the xbox isn’t 2x more powerful than ps5, but it still has a significant advantage. Maybe the xbox versions will run at 4k while ps5 versions will be upscaled from a lower resolution, just like how ps4 versions are 1080p and xbone versions are 900p. Or maybe they will both be 4k but xbox will have improved graphical features, like better raytracing.

But that’s based on the assumption that every graphical feature will also be more expensive. They might be able to add in many cheaper features in the xbox version because of the extra 2 tflops. That’s an extra ps4 worth of power.

It doesn't matter if a ps4 worth of power, the tflops of the ps4 are different than the ps5 tflops
If you wanted to match the ps5 in performance using the gun architecture you'd need 18 tflops of it
Also 1.7tflops isn't that huge the more you go up
15% of the ps4s 1.8tflops vs the xbox would be 1.55tflop
