ITT: Games with 10/10 aesthetics
Ok
Panzer Dragoon
Doom
Quake 1
Game?
Rengoku II: The Stairway to H.E.A.V.E.N.
Machinirum was ahead of its time.
it was pure unfiltered soul
I wish Hellpoint's sound design was as good as its aesthetic.
Half the game doesn't have sound effects, boss music is forgettable and some of the armors have some of the worst rubber stretching sound I've ever heard.
yea that's what turned me off as well, i watched some gameplay on youtube and turns out that it also has a shit ton of bugs
also not a fan of the souls combat but i could've forgiven that if not for everything else wrong with this game
Nothing comes close
Wrong.
The game is much more fun and unique if you go for ranged or magic builds instead of an r1 spam or big weapon jump attack bonkfest
I haven't experienced any bad bugs since launch, and the devs have been fixing it and taking suggestions
good taste ITT anons
I miss the horror element in DMC games, i cant be the only one right?
no, you're not the only one
dmc3 still had it i think but 4 and 5 didn't really
not like i mind, i don't think horror elements would be fit for the stories those games were trying to tell
>and the devs have been fixing it and taking suggestions
i've heard about this actually, pretty based of them
This game proves good art direction is better than just shooting for the best graphics
Mirror's Edge still looks better and is more memorable than most shit coming out today
I have No Mouth And I Must Scream
Psychonauts
This War of Mine
I only just noticed how the green at the base of the pylons is visible in the shadows too. I wonder if that's a big part of what makes it look so good.
I don't know about 10/10, but it did have some pretty good areas despite the graphics themselves being pretty mediocre.
for me, Darkwood takes the cake on aesthetics
something about technology + cults i really like, even if the game itself kinda sucked
Respectable
The devs definitely understood the importance of decoration.
Thief 1-3
That, and the endings are complete shit.
>Half the game doesn't have sound effects
I think your game is broken, dude. The sound design is one of its better aspects.
I killed the ai thing and a 3 second cutscene of a portal opening and my guy touching it and game ended. I legit was confused as to what happened, took me a minute to realize. What the hell
