60FPS is a gimmick that gives people motion sickness. 30FPS is completely smooth and stable framerate that gives the best graphics every time and no one can tell the difference between 1440p and native 4k at a distance.

Why can't Zig Forums just accept this already?

Nice bait.

Besides that, that's a badass WEBM, you should make some montages on YouTube.

I can't believe we're still having these bait threads in 2020

Why are consolefags like this Zig Forums?

I kind of wish Sekiro ran at 60 FPS. It makes Sekiro borderline unplayable on PS4 because it renders perilous attacks almost unreadable (or by the time I can read it, it's too late to react accordingly).

Decades of pure cope

Buy a good PC you cheap cunt

And constantly beg for games with petitions?

Are you so poor you can’t afford both?

it does, on pc

I mean you are almost right, its 30 fps that makes you sick tho.

If consoles were actually capable of doing 60fps on these titles this wouldn't even be an argument. Instead we're still stuck with coping retards like you that mewl and whimper that 30fps is "just fine".

30 fps is fine and playable, i think too many people make the same shit "60 fps isnt real" argument but on the opposite end claiming 30 fps isnt playable. 60 fps is better than 30 fps, plain and simple tho, but im not gonna throw a hiss fit over either one. id say by 2025 60 fps should be the standard

I dont mind 30fps at all for single player or non competitive games. 60+fps is only needed for fast paced mp games. I also dont get the hype behind 144hz. To me, it just looks like a slightly more smooth 60fps. Not something id go out of my way to look for in a monitor. It just so happens every good monitor has this feature.

Memes aside, 60 fps is obviously better for every game, but 30 fps can feel great if it’s smooth and has no frame pacing issues, specially when coupled with good blur solutions.

Some games that do 30 fps well:
- Ghost of Tsushima
- FF7R
- Ratchet & Clank (2016)
- Spider-Man
-TLOU2
- Arkham Knight

Games that do 30 fps bad:
- Jedi Fallen Order
- Bloodborne
- Zelda BotW

faster refresh rate means faster inputs, although my reflexes are on par with an 80 year old with Parkinson so yeah not that big of a deal unless you play fast paced co.petituve games

was the point here to show how homogenised games from this gen have been?

I think the cope is from those whwo can't enjoy 30fps.
The rest of us don't give a shit that you have an arbitrary so called "standard"

I switched to 120+ and really can't go back. I can believe some people are stuck with 30

Even if it was 60 fps you wouldn't anyways because of dogshit input lag PS4 has.

How does it feel, 15 years of 24 fps?

Snoy games all look and play like shit. I don't think there's a single good game on PS4, 3 or 2.

Demon's Souls, God Hand, GoW (1,2,3, and even 4) are great. Everything else is shit.

I wouldn't know. Contrary to PC mustard shitter belief, there are a lot of games that play at 60fps on console as well. Especially the multiplayer/competitive games where it matters.

Many of them are still dipping below 60 time to time. And many action games are still 30 fps namely Bloodborne and GoW4.

So we can agree that doesn't reflect reality in any dimension.

Bloodborne is still 15 fps.

indeed
the sony brand exist since the ps1, so it shouldn't be 15 years

If you are gonna go with playing at 30 fps then you might as well go with 24 FPS 720p .

>let's make a video to show how AAA games reuse a bunch of animation
Welp

PS1 and 2 were 60 fps user which is why it's so mind boggling.

Only if you were living in Muttland. Japan and Europe had better TVs than you and their games were 60 fps most of the time. Cöpe.

This is almost as good as my 600+ thread about el goblinas you worthless pieces of shit defended. Almost.

No it isn't.
