who do you side with and when do you usually do the civil war quests?
Skyrim
I don't do them at all because if you've played them once then you won't miss out on anything of substance. Lame "sieges" ass fuck
but it's fun to finally put and end to it
stormcloaks because i'm not a tranny loving nigger faggot
Literally never bothered in the what? 10 years that Skyrim has been out?
based
Well, my main character I played through most of the game with was specifically a Nord Dragonborn and Harbinger. So being a fabled hero of nord legend strolling about skyrim, I joined the Stormcloaks and fought for "my" eople's sovereignty.
It is the only kino and likely the canon playthrough.
Also, transforming into a werewolf for the final fight against papa vampire is the best Dawnguard experience.
PS..
Bonus points for actively hunting dragons, shouts, dragon priests, and wearing dragonbone armor with ysgramor's shield and axe. Also sided with Paarthurnax and the greybeards because fuck the weeby blades.
>both sides are just pawns in the elf jews game
What did Todd meant by this?
>imagine the smell
Anyone buy the new Skyrim DLC? A hostile Redguard died from too much skooma. Now all Redguards are looting and burning everything, while Thalmor are attacking city guards. What does it mean?
It's actually hard for me to choose. I sympathize with the Stormcloaks but their leader is a Zig Forums lurker.
On the other hand the Empire is clearly preparing to deal with the Thalmot but they have to take care of this rebelion first. The logical thing would be to join forces and attack together, and then negotiate Skyrim's independence.
The first time I played I sided with the Empire, but I regret it. The only reason I chose Empire was because as the last Dragonborn, I am the rightful Emperor. Why would I split up my own Empire? With a descendant of Akatosh back on the throne, the Empire would rise to its former glory and kick Thalmor ass. But that never happened. The Empire were still slaves and Thalmor were again free to murder nords with impunity. I side with Stormcloaks from then on.
Three options.
If I'm playing as a Thalmor, I'll keep the Civil War going indefinitely and try to keep both sides roughly equal.
If I'm playing a Nord that's willfully retarded, I'll go Stormcloak.
Literally any other build, especially Nord ones, should go Imperials.
Their leader is a Jew trying to grab personal power at the expense of the people living in the land. And he's done it by effectively creating BLM in Skyrim. He took a race of people who were freely worshiping Talos despite the Concordat and who were living in peace with the Imperials and convinced them that they were being oppressed and to riot and burn their own country down, while the Thalmor rub their greedy chink hands together and watch the great western civilization of man turn on itself.
'Side with'?
user, I'm not an american.
*transforming into a vampire lord
now it's kino
nice meme
>just help the people that cut everyones head off for pretty much anything bro
>has no argument or defense
Typical Stormcuck. But really, how does anyone in the year 2020 of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the Nazarene even pretend to support a faction that the game openly tells you is a Thalmor plot run by a sleeper agent so that they can keep humanity weak?
Most Stormcloak supporters had sided with the faction for multiple playthroughs and entrenched themselves by the time someone pointed out the journals and logs that discredited their whole faction. What followed was a series of mental gymnastics trying to justify how the Stormcloaks were still right somehow.
It's easier to trick someone than to convince them that they were tricked.
Next Imperial I see, is dead.
>implying being so execution-happy isn't a sign of what lurks within
Also, nice meme
Ulfric used to work for the Thalmor. The Emperor still works for the Thalmor. I'll side with Ulfric. If he betrays us, I can just kill him and take over Skyrim myself. Who would make a better High King than the Dragonborn?
>execution happy
Another retard who needs to have public lore spoonfed to him. Alright, you couldn't be assed to read the journals, why would you not have the execution explained to you too?
General Tullius is more than aware that the Thalmor have a hand in the rebellion. When he got to Skyrim, he caught Ulfric almost immediately because the man is incompetent and can't face real Imperial troops. And when Tullius was bringing him back to be executed, he was intercepted in Helgen by none other than Elenwen and the Thalmor - surprise, surprise. The journals make it explicit that they were there to spring Ulfric and stop his execution. Suddenly, Tullius announces that instead of bringing Ulfric back to face trial, which is what he said and everyone thought was the plan, he announces the Stormcloaks need to be executed HERE and NOW.
Why would he do this? I realize you're not capable of critical thinking, so let me spell it out for you. He's not going to hand Ulfric over to the Thalmor even if he is a heretic, just to have Ulfric "somehow escape" later and the civil war continue. Nor is he prepared to continue the journey in spite of the Thalmor and somehow get ambushed or sabotaged on the way resulting in Ulfric "somehow escaping." No, Tullius is smarter than that. The Thalmor tipped their hand when they intervened, the smart move is to kill all the Stormcloaks now.
You bitching that your character caught with the Stormcloaks isn't getting due process is because you're too dumb to see the bigger picture. Accidentally executing one ragpicker who MIGHT be innocent against stopping the entire Civil War is an easy call. It's not personal, the Imperials don't WANT to do it, but Ulfric, the Stormcloaks and their Thalmor leaders gave them no choice.
Why would I side with a foreign mafia body that is about to execute me?
The Emperor destroyed the entire Aldmeri army fighting from the frontlines and hung the Thalmor general from the walls of the Imperial City.
Ulfric was caught day 1 of the fight, broke under interrogation and sold out Skyrim and the Empire. He's still listed as a sleeper agent asset and his Civil War is being used to further Thalmor goals.
Your mental gymnastics about sticking it to the Thalmor by supporting their plot is retarded.
What a long and useless post. You don't play as Ulfric. You have nothing to do with Ulfric. If Tullius wants Ulfric dead, then kill Ulfric. If Tullius wasn't so eager to murder innocent bystanders first, then Ulfric would have been beheaded before the dragon attacked.
So many excuses you make, it's honestly pathetic.
>n-n-no, they don't WANT to k-kill you!
Also, nice condescension, that really makes people listen and agree with you.
tl;dr, you're an imperial bootlicker through and through.
Im doing the No One Escapes Cidhna Mine quest.
What should one do? Kill Madanach, or join him?
Im a Stormcloak Nord and dont like Fornsworns, but Silver-Blood chief is an asshole.
Not killing Paarthurnax ruins you’re whole “canon” approach since it’s canon that ur supposed to kill him
>who do you side with
As with all things Skyrim, it makes absolutely no fundamental difference who you side with. The game has absolutely no self-awareness. I believe the collective idea that a game could be soulless came from playing Skyrim.
Ulfric is clearly trying to help Skyrim
none of that is a reason to kill a horse thief or a person just for crossing the border at a bad time
Kill him, forsworn are cannibalistic subhumans
based
i usually join them
