Need a good gaming mouse - any suggestions on good brands to look at, or an outright mouse suggestion in general? Needs to have at least a couple of side buttons.

I got a free mouse with the havit mechanical keyboard and they're both nice looking and pretty alright imo

Logitech g502 proteus core. It's the best mouse I've ever had. Indestructible and retarded responsive.

Your pic is a decent and cheap choice. I just upgraded from that to a Logitech g502

Logitech if you want flawless 1:1 tracking
g203 in particular, best price/quality out there

I cannot recommend those stupid meme "MMO" mice any more strongly. I can do pretty much everything one-handed.

i was also going to suggest a logitech g502. i have used lots of mice and myself and all my friends i suggest it to love that mouse. I should buy a few more for when they stop making them

I tried the G502 because I loved the G402 that I bought as an emergency replacement mouse. Turns out the fucking G502 is signifcantly smaller than the G402. The fuck? I have big hands so my hand doesn't really fit that well on the G502.

mouse is entirely personal preference. you have to find whatever feels the best in your hand, has the weight you like, size, etc. some of the cheaper "gaming mice" aren't bad but they're absolutely disposable and not made to last more than a year at best.

I feel like this gets recommended in every mouse thread but Zowie FK2 is very good mouse.
I've been using mine for years and before my FK2 I had the FK1 which I also used for years. I have never heard anyone complain about the FK series.

It's also very low profile and lightweight so you don't look like a faggot with LEDs on his mouse
