Making the 2021 Sonic game that might be delayed to 2022 because Corona.
I'll tell you what they're not doing - making a good Sonic game.
They are working on Billy Hatcher 2
Why haven't the retard's who have been making these shitty games been fired yet.
Certainly not making Sonic Adventure 3 that's for sure. I always wondered why NaughtyDog or SonicTeam never continued the party games??? It might be because I never really played the Mario Party games like that but I honestly felt like Sonic Shuffle and Crash Bash were a million times more fun than Mario Party.
making Blue Zavok
Nothing
Like Nintendo and Konami, not a goddamn thing. Companies are becoming to goddamn lazy right now.
>b-but the Covid
Fuck off.
Probably doing what they do best: trash
Puyo Puyo's 30th anniversary game
Making another one-year Sonic game that somehow functions even less than Forces.
Sonic Team has been replaced with a new set of devs: Sonic Studio.
Aaron already referred to them in his "goodbye" letter.
Based Billy Hatcherbro.
source for this bullshit
Probably getting butthurt over the fact that nodded and fixed repacks of all their garbage games are easily accessible
Working on a new engine at best and at worst they're making another forces style game
You should take it up with Iizuka since he directs most of the games.
I gave you a source you mental midget.
Who cares? Sonic sucks and there has never been a good Sonic game.
>he directs most of the games
He hasn't directed a game for over a decade now.
Your gaped asshole is not a source, fag.
>Your gaped asshole is not a source, fag.
>Aaron already referred to them in his "goodbye" letter.
preparing for the anniversary next year
You can't fire people in Japan they have to quit on their own.
He is the most capable person of creating a good game but chooses not to so he still deserves to be blamed.
>what is a source
iizuka may have creative control to some degree and all, but he's still a producer, same as inafune with mega man and so forth. he's not writing plots, he's not making the games, he's just proposing shit that everyone else handles and managing things.
Maybe Forces and TSR underperforming has made them reassess their game plan. There was supposed to be a Sonic announcement in March but I guess they've been fucked so hard by the virus that they can't get any work done and don't feel confident showing anything.
They have, that's the problem. Sonic Team doesn't have a dedicated base of employees anymore, they just get rotated out eventually or leave on their own when they inevitably get offered something better. As a result, very few members of the team at any given time have much experience making Sonic games. The bigger names might stick around, but the rank and file? Fresh blood, all the time.
jorkin auf
Here's the source, bitch.

Then what is Sonic Studio.
>There was supposed to be a Sonic announcement in March
It was just going to be that Ninjala crossover stuff that was datamined.
Technically they've got this whole thing set up where the 20th of each successive month was supposed to be some notable news thing, except in reality the news was basically nothing to care about much at all and everything. We know Sega can't go an anniversary, especially not the 30th, without a game, but shit's fucked man.
>he still deserves to be blamed
You should be blaming people who are actual problems like Kishimoto. Iizuka isn't flawless, but at least he greenlit Mania and got the higherups to okay a delay for the devs so they could put in more content. The actual issue with Iizuka is that he has no real vision for the series and just wants to please as many people as possible.
>Technically they've got this whole thing set up where the 20th of each successive month was supposed to be some notable news thing
That was just a Japanese thing, user. Fans keep hyping this shit up as if it's supposed to be super important.
It should be no secret that Sonic Forces practically killed Sonic.
Making Sonic Shuffle 2.
Nah. Those regularly updated mobile games and the movie brought in more than enough revenue for Sega to keep kicking the IP around.
