I feel like just starting another Aisha and level through it manually, because honestly it's too overwhelming with having access to all combos + skills unlocked and being dumped into near endgame

You can just do all the story quests if you want.
Just visit each town to unlock the quests. It also gives you a shitload of money for doing so, at least for the Feita and above areas.
Might as well while you've got access to a pet with Fetch Aura still.
