batman and batgirl are the only approved characters I want to play as. maybe throw in a few harly quinn missions as well. just not robin. anyone but robin. fucking riddler over robin.

Arkham Knight could have been god tier if they used the batmobile less and came up with a better story. Other then that i loved everything else.

Capeshit for normies is like a fad, if theres not enough constant exposure within a short period of time people will forget it. They don't have the devotion to the medium that readers did before the movies and games.

robin is routinely hated in nearly everything I see him in. its weird that people still try to make him popular. just drop him. no one wants batman to have a sidekick anyway.

I personally really liked all of them, I'm not even much of a capeshit guy. Arkham Knight was fucking dope since I waited a few years too play it and it felt flesh. I hope they keep the really dark tone

Also forgot to the add that the dlc's were shit and they could have been way better.

well that fad has lasted 12 good years, user since iron man 1, arguably 19 years if you want to go as far back as spider man 1. is less of a fad and more of an era that we're arguably still in.

The Marvel era was churning out constant shallow parodies, several a year like fast food. Once P3 ended people just stopped giving a shit even moreso with the pandemic.

As they always will, but you're comparing it to the first two Arkham games. That Spiderman game still had skeptics until they saw gameplay and knew it returned to something similar to Spiderman 2 and thought it'd be fun, so a lot of people bought it.

People sort of know what they'll get with the recent Batman games, so until they know what the game is, they'll hold off. The combat in these games get a bad reputation of being too on-rails and mindless. Something Assassins Creed had to deviate from because it was stagnating that series; people drifted from it because they felt they played it before.

What's there to talk about? We know basically nothing beyond it playing like the previous games.

The militia has like 4 dedicated to them and they are all just copy and pasted around the map. Then some missions that were built up in city like black mask and azrael turned out to be shitty and boring.

The reason why they keep making batman games is because he is probably the most recognised superhero and its also easy to make a game in which you play as him. Characters like the flash or superman have been tried but people can't seem to be able to make it work.

Diana is literally everything good about women and then some this includes beauty, personality, power etc.

I really don't understand why so many devs followed this series for gameplay. Sure it was popular, but it wasn't blockbuster top tier popular
