Why would we do it over parsec instead of just the lobby? Also I would join but I have to wait for my internet to calm down (every thread, I'm sorry). But I'll be playing late.

Parsec would make it more stable and consistent connection.
It's what UMVC3 online tourneys use.

The only real requirement would be the host have a good upload speed, since you're basically streaming your copy of the game.

Parsec has host advantage last time i tried it. I tried it for kof 13 as well as nulldc back in the day and it was pretty awful
