That card is still kind of viable in an attrition deck.

HELL its viable in any early turns like 1-5 and in the late game to disrupt "summon everyfucking thing i have this turn" decks

it's nice to see it still absolutely destroying characters.

can't let you do that kaiba

Nice try Yugi, but we're playing Standard

To make this more vidya, how is the Switch game? Is it still getting updates or are they just done after they updated it for the PS4 release?

I cast Emrakul, the Aeons torn!

ISHYGDDT

Your trap is useless, I pay half my life points to negate it.

I think it's done. The campaign was sort of fun, but the entire VRAINS section has no text at all, just goes straight into the battle.
The AI is retarded sometimes, but that's true in most Yugioh games.
The pack opening is probably the worst in any Yugioh game I've played. The most egregious offense being that they don't label any card as being New or not.
I think the online scene is dead.

I still enjoy fucking around making decks even after finishing the main content of the game (they make you grind endlessly to unlock all of the cards.)

I don't understand why they made the card shop the way it is, it's fucking awful to get the cards you want. I had to grind by fighting Go and conceding on the first turn for days to build a Cydra deck, and that's only because all the cards apart from Galaxy Soldier are bought from Cyrus.

Haha monsters go WHIRRRR

Serious question for the Yu-Gi-Oh players. I stopped playing seriously around TeleDAD, returned for a bit when Dino Rabbit and I think Inzektors after that were a thing, but haven't really kept up with the game since (just know Pendulums and Links exists due to seeing them in these threads). I see a lot of people saying the game is incredibly degenerate and just about making boards and setting up negates while relying on hand traps for interaction. Is there any truth to this? Is the power creep in YGO still escalating exponentially? Genuinely curious.

>wordwordswords
why is YGO like this

It's a fake card based off of a Magic card you brainlet

ygo cards still look like that though

i think so, yes. but i haven't played myself in a while though

I play Maiden of the Awooga, in attack mode.

Your move.

There isn't a point of buy new sets if the older sets are stronger, so it has to get stronger every time.

If you're going to bother using Mirror Force to get around targeting protection, you should probably use Storming or Drowning instead to get around destruction protection too.

I wouldn't know. I don't play actual people. Only the video games.
On the latest Yu-gi-oh! game, Legacy of the Duelist, I was able to defeat all of the challenges using a Mako Tsunami-like deck that was devoid of synchro, xyz, pendulum, link monsters, etc.
I'm sure there are really annoying competitive decks out there.

I can't believe this was left in check.

hosting edopro eu casual. note and pass are in picture.

just play memeshit if you want to have fun
