It is very similiar to TiTs in terms of gameplay but has way more shit: You can pick your fetishes, it has an actual perk tree, you have big invenory with tons of cloth which you can customise (dye or enchant), it has enchant/alchemy system that lets you pick specific oprions (like transform your ears into cat morphs and increase your hip size(and you can add more)) so no rng drinking potions.
You can fully customise not only yourself (from jizz flauvor to anus type) but others and your personal elemental if you go mage.
Main feature that unlike coc or tits is sex mechanic, where it is not pre-written and you can pick positions, penetration actions ets.
In option menu you can choose with what ages, furry%, genders and sex content NPC can spawn. Doesnt work on main npcs however.
There is also detailed slavery system so you can find some random human mugger from the streats, enslave him and turn him into your loving (or hating) femboy cat maid.

The development is really slow, currently it is version 0.3 and it have been some time. But dev promised to release 0.4 next month.
Overall less content than fenoxo games but more deep mechanics and more choice.
