Should I pick Horizon 3 up before it's delisted?

If you want the hotwheels expansion then yes
It's a lot of fun racing on those orange tracks if you liked playing with them as a kid

I am looking for a racing game that was posted long time ago in a thread about assetto corsa shutoku revival mod.

I think it was some indie developer and it was a wemb of a car racing on a shutoku highway too. Can find anything similar at all. Maybe its just my mind playing tricks on me.

It's worth to pick the base game + expansions pass, i dunno about the cars in the ultimate edition

Just play Assetto Corsa Competitizione if you want the best sim.

it's fun but poorly optimized for PC unfortunately. doesn't run anywhere near as good as horizon 4

forza horizon 4 is pretty much the only racing game I play but goddamn the britain map is boring.

don't think so. i booted it up maybe 6 months ago and still got really bad frame rate. on horizon 4 i get a stable 72 fps at 1080p.

It's much better than 3. They're definitely on the right track. I just wish the roads were actually UK-scale and Wales was accessible.

What's an active multiplayer racing game on the PC? I used to absolutely love the 2005 Need for Speed Most Wanted as well as Gran Turismo 3.

Follow up question, is it only on the Microsoft Store? I'm not a steam drone type I just have genuinely had a terrible experience using the Microsoft store in the past, back when Game Pass ran from of it.

Yes, ms store only, and don't expect ms putting it on steam

You just have to know where to go. The game could really use more twisties though and less straight lines.

Also far more tracks to be run, there's the entire island open and yet there are fuck all for actual races.

They have to have mile-wide arrow-straight snorefest roads everywhere to make room for Timmy's billion horsepower engine swapped Lamborghini.

It's one of the things I really dislike, It was great when they added the collision system and penalties for wall riding though.

it got a performance patch later, it's still not as smooth as 4 but it's not as bad as it was at launch

Is the First forza Horizon still good?

Totally. Progression in that game is a bit more directed, feels more like a campaign than just having a bunch of scattered events which I appreciate.
