First game was /alright/ at best. Liked the forest theme, but most everything else was just meh. Beat the game is about 4 hours and never played it again. There are just vastly better "rogue-lite" platformers out there.

First one is an okay "turn your brain off and grind for a couple of hours because the progression tickles your reward system" game. It's an alright game for that, but nothing more.

First one was more like Roguelike meets Incremental Game where you needed to have certain upgrades of damage and other stats to even progress in the game.
It's okay, I played a ton of it but I wouldn't buy it.
