I find it difficult to appreciate male outfits because I'm not gay and don't really desire to judge the aesthetics of men. I like looking at women, though, so it's fun to play around with their outfits. Again, the character isn't me. I don't think of looking at a male PC's outfit like looking in a mirror, it just feels like looking at a dude who isn't me, which is odd. But looking at a woman in that way feels natural.

Reminder that self-insert fags deserve death. The character is a lens through which to view the story, they are not you, you are not them. Although to an extent I suppose the character is you since your biases and beliefs will color their decision making but oh well
