One of the earliest examples is 177 for the PC-88. (Incidentally, 177 is the Japanese criminal legislation paragraph that forbids rape.)

The game basically has two modes. The initial goal of the game is to catch a terrified girl who is running away. This section could be likened to a modern runner game. Your character moves automatically, and all you have to do is jump over obstacles and hazards along the way.

After you catch her, the game becomes a sex sim and players can use the arrow keys to correspond to the hero's movements. If you are unable to satisfy her, you'll be arrested. If you are able to sexually satisfy the girl, however, she will will marry you.

The game was released in 1986, but it had really good graphics for the day.
