Guild Wars 2 with their Charr, I guess. It's sometimes hard to distinguish a female from male Charr. Of course, most people go out of their way to make their female Charr characters as cutesy and attractive (in a furry sense) as possible, but default templates and NPC female Charrs all look a bit rough and gritty (minus that one Charr from the story with really big and goofy eyes). At least that's how I remember it.

Divinity Dragon Commander is guilty of the top row with the lizard princess, but even the same game still has females with reptilian heads proper. Newer Divinity games since then just went with full-on lizardfolk.
Though of all the cases I've seen this happen it seems to be in MMOs. Pic somewhat related with CAST males in PSO2 going full /m/, while females are basically just waifubots with interchangeable pieces.

From what I've seen from browsing Twitter the argument is that making the females of a beastmen tribe look human is sexist because it reinforces the idea that women are only valued for their looks or something along those lines. This argument falls apart when the same people who say this shit often draw female anthros with the same traits of a conventionally attractive human female, the major difference is that they're covered in fur/scales/feathers/whatever. Personally I prefer the females to look like they actually belong to the same species as their male counterparts because it just makes more sense to me. That said I can't recall any game I've played that has this "issue". Its seems to be most prevalent in weeb shit. Also note I don't necessarily need the two sexes to look the same. Something like pic is fine for me.
