I'm a little fuzzy on it but I don't think she actually pursues him. It's more like she tried to make it work, realized he's a douche but hasn't 100% given up on him.

She chases after him, cries about him a bunch, especially bad when he walks out with Edea and he’s presumed dead. She continues to try to find him for the next disc.

I'm not OP but i'm actually playing it, can someone tell me if disc 2 get better, i'm at university missil attack, and everything is just fucking boring, like the prison escape you go to the same room fight with the same monster, 4 5 6 were not as reppetitive. I don't think I could have made this fare without a emulator.

I like it because it was my first.

The only issue with IX is how slow the battles are.
And even that's mainly because we are all autistic and have to steal everything from every boss since enemies actually have rather low HPcompared to other games in the series.
