Why? Nothing good came out of CV. Alfred and Steve were embarrassments, Nosferatu was too Silent Hill for RE, Rockfort wasn;t fun to explore and it introduced Matrix Wesker. If Capcom were smart, they'd retcon Wesker's resurrection.

If they do not fuck it up like Remake 3 and don't remove stuff like they did in Remake 2, ok. They can tone down the "cringe" just a little bit maybe but Claire better still will call out trannie Alfred. They could easily iron out all the flaws and add some interesting areas.
