I'm so pissed their writers don't have the brain cells to just revise their script and incorporate him as a recurring or main villain, instead tunneling into the steaming pile of horseshit that was cinder. The first budget fight with Roman vs Sun, Blake and co will forever be peak kino.

they probably thought they could make cinder become better than roman, so they continued along with killing off roman. or, they thought that roman couldn't be a "worldwide" criminal like cinder is (like what does roman have to gain from going along with salem and them? cinder was already in control of roman and was using him at that point, so it's unlikely that he would kill cinder, emerald, and mercury and then take her position)
