SMB3 > SMW

What the hell is a positive unpopular opinion? Your mom was tighter than I expected?
Yoshi's island is the best mario game ever made
Saying something like "Link's Awakening was better than A Link to the Past" would be a example of one
I like Mario 2 more than 3 and you can't change my mind.
NSMB > SMB3
Man of culture
they are definitely both good
smbw is a better game for sure
but...
nothing will top the release of smb3 as the most awesome shit
you just had to be there i suppose
Fucking retard that’s not an unpopular opinion, take this from guy who also prefers 3
3D World >>>> 3D Land
Dragon Age Origins has better characters than Mass Effect
Timesplitters 2 is one of the 50 best games ever
ICO is every bit as good as Shadow of the Colossus
Link's Awakening is the 2nd best Zelda game
Fatal Frame is better than Silent Hill
SoulCalibur is the best Fighting Game Series
Red Dead Redemption peaked in the first arc & when you went to Mexico it went downhill
Vagrant Story > Final Fantasy VII
Super Mario World has the better music.
SMB3 has always been better. Only thing World has over it are the ROM hacks.
Galaxy is the best Mario game, SM64 didn't age particularly well
I liked SMB1 the most, even finished those extra Luigi levels on the GBC Deluxe version back in the day. Tried playing World and Bros 3 recently but it just doesn't feel the same.
World has collectibles and secrets. Also the two last worlds are better.
You should try SMB2 (jp)
SMB3 definitely has secrets too.
like 3?
This is still the greatest video game of all time, and no other game has come close except FF6 which was prevented from surpassing it due to the bullshit serpent's trench & veldt that bring the pacing to hault
Imo SMB3 > SMW. I agree with OP
Wario Land 1-4 and VB > SMB1-3 and World
I was with you until you brought up FF6. Great game, but I wouldn't even put it as the best FF let alone one of the best games ever. Possibly the best SNES JRPG though.
Both Warioware and Wario Land are excellent franchises and I would be excited for either to return.
Game and Wario was pretty good albeit short.
SMB1 > SMB3 and World
>SMB3
World 7 is pure trash except for the Lakitu level.
Cheap bullshit all around, especially THAT castle
Great taste
I think I no longer have what it takes to complete these, this is apparently the same levels you unlock on the GBC version of SMB1, though some of the harder levels were removed, be it for difficulty or there being no space left. Will surely check it out if I ever get serious on these game again.
I only fully completed the Lost Levels version, it gives you five lives and lets you start again at each level.
MGS2 > MGS3
Also Phantom Pain was a fantastic game.
I loved World 7, probably for the overworld music and puzzle elements but I'm shit at World 6. It's stereotypical since it's ice, but eh, what can you do?
I do like SMB1's lack of flight power-ups, actually. The early-NES visuals are pretty sweet too, in a weird way- 3 and World never quite seemed to capture what their official art was going for.
While there are objectionable things about Sly: Thieves in Time (the underwhelming villains, the plot convenience and ending, some of the 3D character designs), it's overall a good game. The gameplay was done very well and the animated bits are excellent.
