I want to go outside
I miss losing weight playing pokemon Go

Then go outside? You won't catch covid just walking down the street on your own.
Here’s a book I lost 15 pounds through. Not vidya related, but the author was the bully in The 1st Spider-Man Movie
I want to get back into jogging, but it's hard to to with a mask on.
I didn't have a decent phone when Pokemon GO came out, so I can't relate.
How the fuck do you lose weight walking? Cardio ain't shit
S-Sneaky?
What kinda shithole forces you to wear amask just to walk outside?
That's nonsensical, where i live we just need to do it inside stores and such.
it was a magical time. on release day the first car that drove by me rolled down their window and yelled POKEMOOOOON
I don't think running by several miles of locations that people also frequented without masks is a good idea.
I do it voluntarily I don't want to get anyone sick
This
There were lots of early studies showing it lingered in the air on wind currents for potentially miles
>innercitycucks
>that tight space
I have nightmares like this.
it is if your massive overweight piece of shit ask me anything I've lost over 100 pounds from just cutting soda & walking/biking 5-10 miles everyday
Go!-chan is best girl. Naturally the faggots who draw pokemon shit draw her the least.
>from just cutting soda
Yes, you can stop there, that's what caused the change
>that tight space
I had wet dreams like this
Infection from that is beyond unlikely, almost all cases are the result of close proximity to an infected person.
I live in a 10k pop town
If I get sick I will literally kill my grandparents who have autoimmune disorders that I live with.
It's hard to be sneaky when you're big
I live in Texas. Even when it's not a city, there's still a lot of people.
No, I do not trust random joes whose buildings I'm running by to be healthy, even before a plague.
Walking is helpful for heavy people. Remember calories burned per mile is a function of body weight. 100 cal / mi is the estimate for a 150lb (lol) person. A 300lb person is burning double that. Walking 10 miles at 300lb is burning 2,000 calories. That’s not a small amount.
Calories are a meme
The fuck how did ancient armies march hundreds of miles with their tiny rations
Calories determine body mass. Full stop.
Food is surprisingly calorie dense. Consider: eating an apple replaces all the calories you burn walking a mile.
>shattered glass slicing her tits up
im so hard
Bullshit an apple is like 15 calories
im a guy with a gut how do I just get a basic six pack? nothign fancy I just want to look presentable
It's not a damn fog that lingers. Just go find some rural trails if you really live in bumfucknowhere. I'm living in a country that's gone back to normal and people only use mask when in stores or in situations where they're interacting within a few meters of others.
The place is covered in the elderly, and has had an extremely small number of cases despite high traffic in the nearby big city. I walk the wood trails maskless every day that are also frequented by at least one or two other people at most any given time also no wearing masks. Hell, the main trail everyone park at is used by truckers half the time as an overnight rest spot.
You're far more likely to catch the damn thing going for groceries, even with a mask, because of other retards in close proximity, than you are maskless in the middle of a nature trail.
That's all the calories you burn walking a mile.
You don't need a fucking mask unless you are within 6 feet or 2 meters of someone in a closed area. If nobody is talking even without masks the risk of transmission is practically zero.
literally just eat less, fat ass
A “medium” gala apple (I take this to mean a standard 72-ct bushel apple, the kind most grocers carry in the US) is 98 calories.
So fucking what nobody is going to be infected from some random particle floating outside
>NOOOO I'M GOING TO CATCH THE KUNG FLU JUST BY GOING OUTSIDE AHHHHHHH I'M GOING INSANE
Why are Americans like this?
Get to 12 percent body fat or under. Abs are born in the kitchen.
Eat less. “Abs are carved with a spoon” or “abs are built in the kitchen” are common sayings for a reason. Abs are almost entirely a function of low body fat, not high muscle mass. The body stores its fat primarily in the abdominal region (to protect and insulate the organs) so abs are the last thing to show when shedding fat for 99% of people.
It's not just Americans, some people have really gone the opposite direction with this virus shit and think it's floating around in open air. I see people wearing masks in their cars by themselves.
>early studies
>early
all of those early ones were horseshit, it was a bunch of undergrad scientists racing to get the most papers published
>wearing a mask at all
I seriously hope you guys don't do this
It's insane people don't know this basic shit. I was taught this stuff in high school where the fuck are these people from
Most of the world reacted. You're pretty stupid
no your a meathead if you think this, cutting bad foods will help start start with the initial weight loss but you will 100% stall with it once your body becomes accustomed to eating healthy and you need something to up your heart rate & any person say 300 pounds + barely does anything so walking will melt weight until again you get used to the cardio so just up the cardio and you keep burning. it's fucking simple
damn shame that pic no longer works since they increased the detection/catch radius by like 100%
Your body doesn’t “stall” in a calorie deficit until it stops being a calorie deficit. It’s very, very basic addition and subtraction to lose weight.
AAAAHH IM SLOWING DOWN AGAIN
Recalculate your TDEE at your new weight, duh.
>losing 2lbs in a month
Is that even weight loss? That’s like “didn’t take my morning piss before the weigh in”
He's down 30 lbs since starting you idiot
Show us your results
I’m down 25 in 3 months. Pic related shows 15lbs in 2, obviously. And as you can see, 5lb or so daily fluctuations are common. If the gap between 1 month and the next was less than that I’d assume it was just statistical noise, and no real weight loss occurred.
But then I weigh in every day so the trend line is super clear.
