Have you ever thrown up or became sick for ever playing video games?
Have you ever thrown up or became sick for ever playing video games?
First few hours of vr but your brain adapts pretty quickly
almost with some roller coaster VR game it was fucking terrible
I was called a nigger and a fat gay on Fortnite and I started literally shaking and threw up on my gaming mouse pad. I was so distraught that my butthole clenched and I literally couldn't even. This is the world we're living in. We should ban racists and punch nazis
Ion Fury made me nauseous after an 30 mins of playing
Resident Evil 4
Not really, but I associate tak and the power of juju with vomit after playing the game when I had high fever and vomiting afterwards when I was a kid. Now anytime I go back to the game (or see that shitty tv show) I feel nauseated
portal, half life 2 and talos principle can give me some weird motion sickness
I had an epileptic seizure in the arcade back then, when i finished Mortal Kombat II.
My mother used to play NES and SNES (she got scary good at Tetris especially) but when the jump to 3D happened most games she tried gave her nausea or hurt her eyes for some reason. Never actually threw up though.
Kinda wish it didn't happen because she might still be casually gaming otherwise. She used to watch me play Harvest Moon and would help me name all my farm animals.
I can't play bullet hell games cause it just hurts my eyes to look at also chromatic aberration and motion blur need to be removed from games entirely
The dialogue of Guild Wars 2 made me pretty nauseous
become*
With Mirrors Edge and Katamari Damacy, was never able to finish them
PoE
the very first time through the temple of Lunaris (Solaris, can't remember) actually made me feel queasy from all the gore, mostly the torture implements.
the turbo tunnel level in the new battletoads made me feel sick
I didn’t throw up, but an area in Fallout 4 tanked my frame rate in VR and got me pretty fucking nauseous.
Ty the Tasmanian tiger on GameCube made me throw up after beating the first boss not my proudest moment as a kid
Kinda sad but the dogfight segments from CoD: Infinite Warfare gave me some pretty bad motion sickness. Oddly the best parts of the game though.
Yes, Ion Fury literally made me throw up from that 2D warping at the bottom of the screen. Though it could've been food poisoning since I had extreme shits but it was one of the most traumatizing moments in my life, I still get nauseous when I remember it and it was almost a year ago.
The dialogue of Borderlands 2 makes me want to vomit. I've been playing through it again after like 7 years and I can't stand the writing. I just mute my TV and listen to YouTube videos while I play
RE4 I played it when I was 12 or 13 or something. I wanted to see what the chainsaw man did with the chainsaw. For some weird reason I thought you could struggle and shake off his strike. Did not expect a raw quick death. Don't remember if I puked but I got really sick at the moment.
The first time I saw Noob Saibot do his Xray move in MK9 was probably the closest I ever got. I just didn’t expect to see vomit in MK and for some reason it just caught me off guard and fucked me up for a minute. Now it’s my favorite in the series.
blade and sorcery is a fucking vomitorium for at least 20 hours till you get used to it
The original doom makes me sick after playing. Its the only game that does it I think its the motion that does it.
I get nauseous when I remember the Thieve's Guild quest in Skyrim.
Happens to me all the time when playing in VR
Still have yet to beat Alyx because I have to take a break every 30 min of playing because the nausea gets too strong
and I literally can't even play Subnautica in VR for 20 minutes or I'll throw up
I don't think I'll get my "vr legs" at this point
No. But for a bit there when I was younger every time I'd play Donkey Kong Country (both old and new) I would somehow turn out to be sick.
When I got Golden Sun I played for so long that moving anything hurt.
Partly because it was on an original GBA and I had to sit in an odd position to get good light.
Sort of related but every single time I boot up a .hack//IMOQ game the title screen make me need to shit real bad.
Like, I swear it has the Brown Noise in it because I just booted up the game to test it after 8 years of not touching and sure enough I need to shit.
Only Zoomers get sick over trivial shit
Watching Ross Scott's reciew of Arcade America made me mildly nauseous, I can't even begin to think of why.
I think it's the game itself, how it looks and works.
I literally Alt+F4'd the game after meeting claptrap because I knew the rest of the game was going to be like that
god family guy is terrible
No, but I threw up on my WiiU gamepad when I was hungover and the left stick stopped working.
Playing laggy version of boneworks in VR.
Had to just lay down for 3 hours after puking.
He accidentaly fucked a Tranny, perfectly normal reaction.
I had a burnout once, turns out my workplace was total garbage and i was bottling my problems until it was too late and it exploded.
For six months i had some kind of latent dizziness. Apparently it was a mixture of extreme tiredness and inner ear issue.
Shit was absolute hell. I tried playing ArmA 3 and when i flew an helicopter it felt like I WAS in the fucking helicopter. And not in a good way. Nothing was stable, when laying down on my bed it felt like i wasn't horizontal but vertical, like i was sleeping in some kind of astronaut bed upright.
I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
No, watching family guy is absolutely not a normal reaction to that
Call me a pussy, but i really don't watch television often. A friend told me that a scene in The Walking Dead was brutal so i took a look on Youtube. The scene where whatever character kills people with a baseball bat. I don't know why but it made me feel like total shit, though i was gonna puke and had to lay down.
I don't understand how people can blame violence in society yet allow such stupid shit to be aired on TV.
>I don't understand how people can blame violence in society yet allow such stupid shit to be aired on TV.
>t. Zoomer
Actually the older you get the easier it is to feel motion sickness.
